REGISTRATION

The registration fees include

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Congress material (bag, badge, and program)
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
• Lunches
• Welcome reception (venue TBC)
• Gala dinner (including transportation)

The registration fee for accompanying person includes

• Welcome reception
• Guided City Walk
• Gala dinner

Terms and cancellation

• All accepted abstract presenters are required to register for the full Congress payment in full must accompany registration form
• All payments are in EUROS and the full amount must be received before the dates as indicated above.
• Registration fees will be charged by Topkon Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
• Personalised confirmation will be sent by email once your payment has been received.
• Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Payments can be made by the following means:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard ). Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

• Please note: All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account” on all payments.

• Bank transfers will not be accepted after May 23^th, 2023
• The cancellation conditions and refunds will be in accordance with the policy detailed below.
• Any replacement (i.e. change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to an administrative fee of EUR 35 per participant.
• Refund of payments made towards registration will be refunded if written notification reaches the Congress Secretariat, Topkon Ltd. [email protected] as follows:
• Cancellation of registration until April 01, 2023 will incur 10% cancellation charge.
• Cancellation of registration April 01- 30, 2023 will incur 50% cancellation charge.
• Cancellation of registration from May 01 – 15, 2023 will incur 75% cancellation charge.
• No refunds after May 15, 2023

ACCOMMODATION

• The rates above are per room per night and bed & breakfast concept.
• 8% VAT is not included.
• In case of any change on the VAT ratios, amount will be calculated accordingly.

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation:

Accommodation payments will be refunded as %50 of the payment if a written cancellation is received by Topkon before 4^th of May, 2023. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after 4^th of May, 2023.
